Is there a deadline for filing a claim for my motorcycle accident?

Many motorcycle accidents in Pennsylvania result in property damage and injuries. The at-fault driver is responsible for the damages the victim sustains in the accident. To obtain compensation for monetary and other damages, the victim should file a claim against the at-fault driver.

Filing a claim for her motorcycle accident is time sensitive. Under Pennsylvania law, the victim has two years from the date of the accident to file a lawsuit against the at-fault driver. If they fail to file the claim before the deadline, then they are barred from ever filing a lawsuit for that particular accident.
