Triad Group Issues Recall Potentially Dangerous Products in U.S., Canada and Europe

- Cardinal Health
- PSS Select
- VersaPro

- Moore Medical
- Walgreens

Consumers with additional questions about the recalled products should check the Food and Drug Administration website at http://www.fda.gov/. The list above is not comprehensive of the packaging names of the Triad pads. The FDA site, however, includes additional information about the Triad Group recall.
The Triad pads and swabs were also used at hospitals throughout the country. Several people, including a 5-year-old Houston boy, died after contracting the fatal bacteria in hospitals throughout the U.S.
